Be patient. Waiting 20 minutes is not patient. When you say the websites aren't working, what do you mean? I Googled "download quran for blackberry" and there were thousands available including several from BlackBerry App World. Are you trying to do the download from your BB? Is there an error message?
Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
