Default BB10 not receiving emails

We have a user in our US Office (Exchange Server 2007 there has a CAS role) and in UK, we also have a CAS Server.

I have created a user in US office and have set the Email profile to the UK CAS Server and device activated OK, but no sync is happened or happenning. In the logs I see that the "Sending external data to device" and "Packet has been delivered to device" but nothing appears on the device plus lookup doesnt work either.

any suggestions what could be happening ?

Other Users in UK using the UK CAS Server are working fine.
