Since you're not their customer, I don't imagine you're going to get very far arguing with Cingular.

I have to appologize. I forgot about the new format and that teh provider is now mandetory and is listed. I would agree that yes this is a definate issue and I would also take the cheaper way out and then get it unlocked.
