Anyway I just switched from a Treo 680 and got a BB Pearl (CSL Hk Branded), currently using it thru my local telco here in the Philippines under Smart Tel.
After thinking it through I decided to take the plunge and upgraded my OS from 4.2.0.64 to 4.2.1.66 a few days ago. I am glad to report that I am a happy camper
for everything works and the only bug i encountered so far is the previewing of the preloaded tunes which i just did to test based on the bugs posted here.
Basically I wiped my Pearl using JL_Cmder and did a clean install from there. Also edited the blackberry.alx for me to access the vendor themes which is sweet. Will update again if I do encounter problems.
