You do not need to contact BEIKS...just read and follow the installation instructions at
Welcome to BEIKS mobile!.
They start with "First, download the dictionary application from...".
The desktop installation, on the other hand, comes with the dictionary program and installs it along with the rest.
Am I missing something?
