What I was referring to, eloquently, I might add, was that old-fart lawyers, who grew up with typewriters, and secretaries who ran to make coffer, those users, they are the ones being alienated. At least on the old devices, with the keyboard and less-flashy OS, techno-phobes could do EVERYTHING they want to do on a BB: check and respond to email. Period. Everything else, iPhone and Android do MUCH better; BB should do what THEY are good at: security. They got to greedy, too lazy and complacent, and look at them now - in their death-knells.
