I have a new BB Torch and I am unable to transfer my address book.
I did a full backup of my old BB Torch and then connected my new Torch and performed a restore. All of my settings transfered over besides my address book.
I then did a custom backup of the old torch and selected the address book which shows over 200 contacts. I now have my new Torch connected but I cannot select address book. It states dimmed entrys are read only data types and cannot be restored.
Any ideas as to how I can transfer my address book?
