I D/L'ed BDM for Mac yesterday... installed... and can now tether freely with my 9700!! Very slick actually... don't need Tetherberry (aka now Tether) or PDANet.... once BDM installs on a Mac, it creates a new network interface for the BB... just need to enter *99# for the number, and gprs/gprs for user/password.... and select the BB GSM modem in the advanced tab... bingo... USB tethering...
(BT tethering works natively on a mac... just need to pair the 9700... and use epc.tmobile.com rather than *99# for the "number".... still gprs/gprs for user/passwd... Althoug BT tethering seems less stable... connection seems to hang once in a while... and a bit slower...)
