If the phone has an IT policy, unlocking would not change anything. If you want to remove the IT policy, refer to this
link. If you want to unlock your blackberry (use different carrier sim card such as t-mobile on att), then either call your carrier and ask them for one (sometimes they will give you one) or go to horizon wireless and buy a code from there.
