Hello guys and gals.

I just installed a BPS server for a client on SBS2003. I just recently took over this account from another company it seems to me they set a lot of stuff up wrong, that is besides the point.

So when I try to attach the phone to the user i get the Error "The user is not yet know to the blackberry agent"

I've read everything I can find on that error but none of the remedy's work. The permissions are set up correctly on the BESadmin account, and the phone is properly provisioned through the carrier.

One thing I have noticed is that is seems that the permissions are not propagating down the users from the besadmin account. The permissions are set to be inherited by users but its not happening.

Is there something I am missing I have went through the permissions 4 or 5 times and every thing is there. But when I look at the user properties the besadmin account properties have not funneled down.

Please help as I have been consumed with trying to fix this for the last week!! Thanks!
