Hi,

I got a BlackBerry 8520 from Orange in France. I need to upgrade it from OS 4 to OS5.
But the BlackBerry does not recognize the OS5 update.

I have multiple OS for multiple phones installed on BlackBerry Desktop Manager 7. For our Belgium devices I did not have this problem.

In the Desktop Manager it only sees the local installed 4.6.1.465 that is also installed... please help me with this one...
