Well I was wrong with my conclusion. I was guessing since we just upgraded her a few days ago and the problem occurred shortly after.
4 ATT techs and I think she may be working but now I'm getting app 523 errors and I cant find the newest OS around so I'm going to the newest I can fins 292. In the process I'm had the media card get corrupted even though it was removed from the device during any upgrades so I'm in the doghouse for loosing pics and videos.
