Hi;

I have BB-Q10 and BB-Link installed in my PC having WXP. I have a problem that when open the BBLink and get sign-in in BB-ID, at page 2, my device displayes but when i Finish, my device displays "Disconnected". I have reloaded the software one time but same results. Please help me out.
