I have a BB 9900 that I took out with Vodafone UK. All worked fine, including BIS. I live in France, and when there, I put my Virgin Mobile France SIM card in. Blackberry ID registered, but no BIS (so no BBM, email etc.). Cannot log onto Virgin mobile France's blackberry internet service website. Neither Vodafone UK nor Virgin Mobile France are of any help whatsoever. Any ideas?
