If you have BES 4.05 / 4.1 the KB noted has the exact steps, if not you can always have your users go to the website RIM is setting up and it will push the update via USB to their device.

For those that blow off your email, once they miss a few meetings they'll get the message.

We will be using the OTA push from BES 4.1 - no user action required.
