I just got a 8100 yesterday. Prior to this I had a 8700. With the 8700 you could have a message open and hit the 'r' key as a shortcut to reply to the message. With the 8100 that doesn't work (because there are two letters on the key.). Is there any way to assign shortcuts or is there a message reply shortcut on the 8100?
