Treo 650: $99 with two year commitment
GoodLink Server: $1500
GoodLink Licenses: $74
Unlimited Data Plan with GoodLink: $40/month
Bear in mind, that is base pricing. With 220 units, your monthly would be lower and they would probably lower the licenses as well.
