holy crap. i spent 40 minutes on the phone talking to this indian woman and she told me i need to add a voice plan, what a load of crap. and when i started telling her she should've told me before i gave her my personal info she hung up on me!
then i talked to another indian man and he got my order through. not after he gave me the same crap, but i played him nicely because i told him i would not be giving him my info if it is not for a 49.99 data plan for 199.99 after MIR price for the 8830. anytime he tried to pull something i referred back to the original conversation
i hate outsourcing!!!
