Two ways:
1. Go into Options, Advanced Options, Applications, Modules and scroll down to net_rim_theme_... and delete the theme that you don't want. (I have never actually tried this but it should work.) Of course you have to know the name of the theme to delete. You'll find that by looking in the Blackberry.alx file. Which leads to the second solution...
2. Delete the loader instructions for the theme from the blackberry.alx file and then reinstall the OS.
Do you really have so little memory? I guess I'm spoiled on the 8700...
