Default "send using" option won't work

Please Login to Remove!

I tried selecting the "send using" option when replying to an email, so that it would come from another account. The sending email address highlights, but no menu appears that allows me to select another account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. FYI - Just upgraded to the Bold from the Curve. Still on AT&T
