What do you mean by BlackBerry APN??? You need to use the APN associated with your carrier. You can't use a different APN.
I'll start by saying that an APN is the access point to the Network. Opposite to other brands BlackBerry devices uses several APN; of course you use your carrier's network to connect to all of them. The BlackBerry APN or BIS-B configuration is provided trough the service books and can't be modified. The APN configuration under Options is only for the carrier specific configuration. But if the unlimited data plan doesn't include navigating trough this APN you will be charged extra.
