I suspected as much, the only reason i ask is because we had a call from a user asking us if we could do remotely for a BB user so we ended up doing via Outlook web app by logging in as the user and doing it for them.

Strange how i would have thought that you could do this functionality since you can create things such as Auto signatures on both the device and the server side. I naturally thought that anything you could do on the BB you could do on BES
