I have a blackberry 7130g phone. When it starts up, aftet about 45 % it goes to the error JVM error 523

I tried an upgrade but it hangs, It also hangs on the JLCmder when trying to wipe ( using version JL_Cmder v1.8.3.exe )

Please advise
