Hi all,
I've been pushed to install Web Desktop Manager to other location than BES server. But it does not work.
I install the BWDM 1.0.0 without problem, then the BlackBerry User administration service - but when the service tries to start it fails on opening MAPI connection to BES service account.
On the separate server, i've tried to use Outlook to view the service account mailbox - no problem. When I check the registry, also no prob - the MAPI profile name is there.
Whe i try to start the service i got this:
OpenMsgStore() for this profile failed (8004010f).
and:
Failed to initialize MAPI session.
In BlackBerry user Admin service logs is:

I've contacted TSupport but they are horribly slow to answer, and also i don't have time to wait 30 minutes on line for help (we have only T2
).
Anyone had same issue before? Could anyone help me, please?
