It will likely be a couple of months. they are releasing demo units for the 8820 (
Hands-on with RIM's WiFi-equipped BlackBerry 8820 - Engadget Mobile) so that will probably be released the first week of July as a cingular exclusive. They will not release it in June because of all the other big releases
I imagine the 8320 will be late july with the 8120 following about 3-4 weeks later. I just can't see them releasing it any earlier than that, they have been trying to spread major releases out about a month between. However it could be the 8120 first and then the 8320.
