I have found it to be a lot better (I couldn't stand the previous versions!). The mouse is really nice, and pages seem to be formatted quite nicely. I would go as far as to say I agree with RIM's assessment: "richer".
On a separate note, RIM needs to rehire every position in their PR dept... "richer"? Really?
