At first I thought it was my wifi, so I turned that off. Still rebooted. Tried your suggestion about the memory card. No avail. So I removed the card entirely. Charging cradle/cable made no difference. Wiped the device, and started fresh with no third party apps, still resets. I tried everything I could think of. As far as I could tell, it was totally random. The only time it didn't reset, was when I had a bluetooth headset paired to it. Ended up going back to .238 for now.
