First of all thanx alot for your precious time on this thread.
When I selected the 'BRK 5.0' it give me various download option and I chose

BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool v5.0.0 for Microsoft Exchange

But all it gave to me is 'brk-besuseradminx5.0.0.52.msi' which runs fine and give me the screen which u can see in attached picture i.e. BRK 5.0.jpg. I can't find UserAdminService/Client separetly for 5.0 anywhere. Can you plz guide me here.
