i bought a couple of desktop charging stands for my q10, one for my office and another for a colleague. after a few days using one at the office, i liked it so well i decided to plug the second one in at home. traditionally i'll have my q10 (and a predecessor bold 9900) sit on office desktop charging stand all (or most of the ) day on days when i don't leave the office (much) and then i would not have it on a charger at home overnight

query... does anyone have opinions whether it would harm the battery if i charged the q10 every night at home while asleep even though it will be mostly full charge still by the time i get home and get ready to sleep? i remember hearing conflicting versions (with older batteries) about the importance (or not) of running the battery a good ways down before charging it back to full

any opinions / informed guesses appreciated. thx
