Agree with Troy. As a consumer, I find I am happiest if I "vote with my feet" by returning a product that doesn't satisfy me. That frees me up to go find one that will meet my needs. I am the only one to do so, I still have the satisfaction of getting what I want eventually. If I am one of thousands to do so, somebody is going to notice and take appropriate action.
