So I have a 32k Cingular sim card. I'm obviously contracted to AT&T through the company that pays my bill.
Can I go to an AT&T store and request a new sim card since mine is technically obsolete and only works in a Blackberry?

What's the consensus on that? I've heard from a few people that I have to pay and from a few more people that they will give me one. What's the deal?
