Right now I use this
GCALSYNC - synchronize your phone with Google Calendar and it works fine for my needs. It's a manual update though, but it's something I can deal with for a cost of "free".
GooSync doesn't work with my google Apps account, which is where my company calendar is located so unless I synced that to my gmail account then linked that to a goosync account it won't work, which is stupid imo.
