Much simpler than you would think...
In the filter that you setup with your from:(-me@gmail.com), just add the addresses (speparated by a space) that you don't want forwarded...
from:(-me@gmail.com ![[email address]](?emailimage=ba7163277461d50e33d807a4a4126fd1)
![[email address]](?emailimage=71117f63aa97444262ecdd46429d8de6)

I currently use this setup and it works great.
