Wonderful ! The company that wants to be a software only company does not support the latest software on most computers.
BlackBerry Link supports Windows XP SP3 or later, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 - 32 bit, 2010 - 64 bit, 2013
Please note that Windows 10 and Outlook 2016 are not supported
Fortunately my computer with win10 does work with Link.
So much for the Blackberry software experts.
You cannot even comment on their blog because it closed windows 10 issues months ago. Easier to close the help blog than address the problem.
