Hi, I have seen people talk about this method of using the USB mass storage to get an mp3 from my laptop to my Q10.
When my phone is plugged into the laptop with the cord, I can see the file I dropped and dragged into "music" folder on the Q10 phone in the device menu. Yet, when I look on the phone, the file is nowhere to be found.
If I enable the USB mass storage and turn it "on", on the laptop, it disconnects the device form my computer and I can no longer see the device menu or anything, it logs it off. Please help, I am increasingly frustrated. It should not be this hard to get a song from my laptop to my phone, when the Tour was so much easier. Is there a step by step instruction somewhere on how to do this? Thank you.
