The problem with this particular app is that it is to help the help desk get our tickets out. It renders on devices that a) we dont have, b) we dont support. All of our on call staff that need to view tickets remotely all have blackberry's.
Seems to be more and more vendors that dont give a crap about what you have in the environment, but are trying to convince you to stray to other devices that dont have the security or functionality you need in the enterprise. But they look really cool though..
