The amount of misinformation contained in the above and also the rest of the OP's post is disturbing.
Coming back on topic now, there is no "fix". The handset is a power hungry workhorse and is shipped with a battery that's not up to the task. It worked nicely on earlier models because their spec wasn't as resource hungry.
I'm confident third party vendors would have extended battery packs released soon. Had my 9000 running on a 3500mah pack, missing it dearly
