I have tried all the options that seem relevant on our BES for Exchange, (5.0), and nothing seems to block the service books coming from the Carrier - I can disable them(features), but they still appear. Same thing with the camera, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.
They can be disabled, but still clutter up the home screen, and memory.
Anyone have any service book solutions?
