Ditto the Alltel Blackberry outage in Southwest Florida.
Couldn't they use text messages (which are still functional) to keep us updated on the outage and resolution?
There's nothing on the Alltel website and no recorded announcements on the tech support site (which would probably cut their call volume by 50%).
I was on the phone with tech support Saturday morning as they were discovering the problem. More than a day later, no joy...
