Sorry for the late reply.

MultiAlarm may be nice, and I did try it, and aside from it not working as I expected (maybe because it was a demo version?), I'm trying to keep the list to mostly apps that can be installed OTA, and for the most part free or at least reasonably priced software.

At $30 for an alarm, MultiAlarm misses on both counts!
