I have seen a few posts that show tossing more RAM at BES and teh MBX server can help with this issue.
Look in task manager and see what BAS and EWS is using for RAM and get the free RAM up to a gig or more if possible.
For the MBX server I have seen people double the recommended (microsoft reccomended) RAM and the issue is gone. Why? because the mailboxes are being put into RAM instead of being accessed via disk.
