For what it's worth, I wiped my 8700 clean with JL_Cmder, and reinstalled the .91 software on it to no avail.
But, it is great to hear that you're in the same region while one of you has the problem and the other doesn't.. perhaps we can isolate some variables to try and find out what the root of the problem is
