- Install BlackBerry Desktop manager from the included disc or download from BlackBerry
- Connect your BlackBerry Storm and start up BlackBerry Desktop Manager
- Wait for the drivers to load
- Click 'Synchronize'
- On the left hand side, select 'Synchronization' under 'Configuration'
- Click the 'Synchronization' BUTTON
- Now configure your contacts, memopad, address book, and tasks to whichever programs that are installed on your computer
