Only Orange in the UK has UMA but Orange and T Mobile UK have merged now.

Here in the UK now you can get BB services for a month for a fiver (£5) which is $8 on a pay and go basis, if you want calls and texts too you will pay a lmore. You usually get around 500mb of data for this price.
