When you move the SD card to the old BB copy the data on the SD card to your computer if the files missing are there. If not I would do a backup ( you do have one hopefully ) restore to the old BB and check to see if they are there . If they are then move them to your computer. One possibility is they were deleted previously and you did not realize it. also the SD card may be defective and will need reformatting AFTER you copy the file to your computer.
