Here is the fix for that.....
Sounds like a bad / old driver for the BT in the PC. Uninstall the BT driver from Device Manager.
Find the 'bth.inf' file and rename it something like 'bth.old'
Re install the latest drivers for the BT, preferably from RIM or HP.
Should work now.
