There is a FAQ
in another BB forum that discusses this, but basically, IIRC, this means that your laptop is not running the MS Bluetooth drivers, but is using a 3rd party BT driver. My Lenovo 3000 was doing the same thing. I have not been on this forum long enough to know if this question has been answered here or not.
