Blackberry Protect unavailable

I just got a new 9900 and was looking to restore my data from my old Storm2 via Blackberry Protect. When I try installing it from App World it says that is unavailable for my device. What gives? This is a brand new 9900 that I just got from a Rogers authrized dealer (Cellcom).
