First off thanks for the quick replies!! Regarding the error message when doing an advanced backup. I think the message is just a general information message that the software displays. I am not using BES and the hand held was wiped and upgraded to the 4.5.0.55 OS a few weeks back. I had troubles backing up then as my address book was not included in a full backup for some reason. I took an old backup and combined the address book from that with the rest of the information which was current at the time. I will try the PC at home to see if that works otherwise I'll downgrade DTM to 4.5 and give that a shot. Stay Tuned!! Wish me luck!
