Hi,
I´ve tested the "Clean PIM Sync Backup Data" with one of my users where the Query Tool reports me a "Awaiting Patch" and the handheld says "Patch applied".
After one night i run the Query Tool again and it shows me now "Patch applied".
So what´s the best solution to run the cleaning process with the users where the query respond an "Awaiting Patch" or better wait for any news from RIM ?
